Includes many common Spanish 1 verbs in the present tense, but also includes conjugations in the past tense as well. The official video clearly shows the song’s theme of immigration about a man leaving his family behind and his desire to be with them. Would be a good song to supplement an immigration unit or just to do as a listening or cloze activity.
